At Yoga Adventures, we specialize in teaching yoga to children. Our classes are designed to engage kids through fun activities, helping them learn mindfulness and relaxation techniques that they can use in everyday life.
A playful and engaging yoga class designed just for kids! In this class, we explore movement, mindfulness, and relaxation through fun yoga poses, interactive games, storytelling, and music. Each class fosters creativity, confidence, and connection, helping kids develop strength, flexibility, and emotional resilience—all while having a blast!
We have one session running this fall in Paw Paw at Eleven Eleven Yoga, Thursdays at 6pm. Registration required.
A joyful bonding experience for little yogis and their caregivers! This class introduces toddlers and young children to movement, breath, and mindfulness through songs, stories, and playful yoga poses. Expect laughter, wiggling, and a heartwarming opportunity to connect with your little one in a supportive and relaxed environment. No experience needed—just bring a sense of fun!
